On Wednesday night at Hull arena the Stingrays made history. A few weeks back they were bottom of their challenge cup group but shockingly have got points out of their past few group games which have become enough (just) to go through to the cc quarter finals! Its been a remarkable comeback which was completed on Wednesday night at home against Coventry Blaze. It was tight throughout but Stingrays got going in the third period & ran away with a 5-2 victory with a fantastic empty netter to seal it off from Jeremy Tendler.
