Last weekend, Reily Emmeron received a 10 game suspension for a boarding call on Kevin Suarette in the game on Sunday when the Belfast Giant visited. They won 2-1, but won't be happy with the concussion Reily gave Kevin! Not only that, but Edinburgh Capitals couldn't provide footage of what happened, and the league must have footage of all incidents, so they can be reviewed. Caps gave nothing to review so will be fined £1000.
Last night (Friday) Cap met Giants again, this time at Belfast's big O! A 2-1 first and second period added up to a 4-2 lead for the defending champions! They scored 4 in the final period to ease to an 8-2 victory!
